Couple weeks ago I got this thought to create a section for recipes of my friends. I talked it through with Madzia, who loves to indulge in good food. I asked her to write her own post and send it to me with a picture, below I post original version of her recipe for Welsh Soup. It&rsquo;s completely in polish and written in such a brilliant, mean and funny way, that I decided to post it as it is. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>\t<span>Welsh Soup &#8211; Zupa walijska z porow <\/span><\/p>\n<p>\t<span>Sk\u0142adniki:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\t<span>3-4 \u015bwie\u017ce pory<\/span><br \/>\n\t<span>2 puszki pomidor&oacute;w krojonych<\/span><br \/>\n\t<span>2 \u0142y\u017cki sto\u0142owe mas\u0142a<\/span><br \/>\n\t<span>3-4 \u015bredniej wielko\u015bci ziemniaki<\/span><br \/>\n\t<span>mleko 200-300 ml<\/span><br \/>\n\t<span>woda ok. 700 ml<\/span><br \/>\n\t<span>s&oacute;l, pieprz, kostka roso\u0142owa<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span>D\u0142ugo my\u015bla\u0142am nad przepisem na bloga &#8211; ten wydaje mi si\u0119 idealny!<\/span><br \/>\n\t<span>Bardzo ma\u0142o sk\u0142adnik&oacute;w, w dodatku tanio, szybko&hellip;i naprawd\u0119 pysznie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\t<span>Ja zaczynam przygod\u0119 z zup\u0105 od przygotowania por&oacute;w &#8211; odcinam zielon\u0105 cz\u0119\u015b\u0107, a bia\u0142\u0105 dok\u0142adnie myj\u0119.<\/span><br \/>\n\t<span>Potem pora przekrawam wzd\u0142u\u017c i kroj\u0119 w cienkie p&oacute;\u0142plasterki.<\/span><br \/>\n\t<span>Do michy z nim! A na wierzch troszk\u0119 soli, \u017ceby pu\u015bci\u0142 sok. <\/span><br \/>\n\t<span>W czasie, kiedy por ma odsiadk\u0119 w misce, obieram ziemniaki i kroj\u0119 w drobn\u0105 kostk\u0119. Odstawiam na bok. <\/span><br \/>\n\t<span>W du\u017cym garnku rozpuszczam dwie sto\u0142owe \u0142y\u017cki mas\u0142a i kiedy tylko si\u0119 rozpu\u015bci, zaczynam na wolnym ogniu dusi\u0107 pora.<\/span><br \/>\n\t<span>Przyprawiam go zdrow\u0105 ilo\u015bci\u0105 soli i szczypt\u0105 pieprzu.<\/span><br \/>\n\t<span>Kiedy por zmi\u0119knie, wrzucam dwie puszki pomidor&oacute;w i dusz\u0119 to wszystko razem ok. 10 minut.<\/span><br \/>\n\t<span>Dolewam 700ml wody, wrzucam dwie kostki roso\u0142owe, oraz pokrojone w kostk\u0119 ziemniaki. <\/span><br \/>\n\t<span>Przykrywam i czekam spokojnie, a\u017c ziemniaki b\u0119d\u0105 mi\u0119kkie. <\/span><br \/>\n\t<span>Teraz czas na mleko &#8211; wlewam ok. 200-300 ml mleka do zupy. Mleko powinno by\u0107 w temperaturze pokojowej, lub lekko podgrzane, \u017ceby si\u0119 nie zwarzy\u0142o. <\/span><br \/>\n\t<span>Gotuj\u0119 wszystko razem i je\u015bli trzeba &#8211; doprawiam jeszcze do smaku.<\/span><br \/>\n\t<span>Opcjonalnie &#8211; dodaj\u0119 1 ostr\u0105 suszon\u0105 papryczk\u0119 chili, je\u017celi zupa ma by\u0107 rozgrzewaj\u0105ca, albo traw\u0119 cytrynow\u0105 &#8211; je\u015bli chc\u0119 nada\u0107 jej orientalnego charakteru.<\/span><br \/>\n\t<span>Chcia\u0142am posypa\u0107 j\u0105 z wierzchu oczywi\u015bcie NATK\u0104! ale niestety &#8211; zabrak\u0142o.
