Both dinners I prepared were low on carbs, and could be considered even diet. The <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/magdacooks.tumblr.com\/post\/28776978689\/the-contradiction-after-my-idwtc-syndrome-last\"><span>Sechuan chicken<\/span><\/a><span> I made the day before was light, and delicate with rich bouquet of flavours, then on Sunday I had to do something more potent. I decided on variation of the <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/magdacooks.tumblr.com\/post\/25793069865\/now-you-can-leave-comments-using-discus\"><span>bulgarian kufte<\/span><\/a><span> I once made. This time though I used skewers, and some more spices then cumin, salt, and pepper. Served it with grilled baby zucchini, and <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/magdacooks.tumblr.com\/post\/26093628113\/royal-cutlets-on-yellow-wax-beans-since-i-started\"><span>boiled mixed beans<\/span><\/a><span>. <\/span><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong><span>Ingredients for 6 skewers:<\/span><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong><span>40 dag (1&nbsp;lb) ground lean beef <\/span><br \/>\n\t<span>1 egg<\/span><br \/>\n\t<span>2 shallots chopped tiny<\/span><br \/>\n\t<span>handful chopped PARSLEY<\/span><br \/>\n\t<span>salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, garlic powder<\/span><br \/>\n\t<span>drip of oil<\/span><br \/>\n\t<span>3 baby zucchinis<\/span><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong><span>Preparations&nbsp;:<\/span><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong><span>Place meat in a bowl, add egg , shallots, parsley, and sprinkle with spices i believe I added &frac12; tsp for each, and 1 tsp salt. I believe cos I always do it by eye 0_o. Mix thoroughly. Roll 6 long meatballs, &nbsp;and run a skewer through each one. Cut baby zucchinis at an angle into slices. Drip some oil on the meat, and place on hot grill pan (or outside grill). If you have more then 2 burners and 2 grilling pans make all the meat and zucchini at once, but if not &#8211; just do it partially.<\/span><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong><span>Zucchini needs to have some grill marks or be nicely browned on both sides. When you turn it sprinkle the top of the slices with some salt. <\/span><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong><span>Can also be served with new potatoes, rice or couscous and side salad. I chose mix of yellow wax and green beans &#8211; still the season for it and much more healthy this way. <\/span><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong><span>Until next time, take care of yourself and each other 0_o<\/span><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong><span>P.S.
