Gorgonzola Salad

Gorgonzola Salad

Gorgonzola Salad

As I mentioned some time ago, I like to buy products just because I feel like it, then I look for the recipe to utilize my purchase 0_o. This time it was gorgonzola – a nice green, stinky cheese.

While trying to find something interesting I found plenty of ideas, but most of them was for dinners but unfortunately Cookies won’t even consider sticking something green and stinky into his mouth. Considering the bile that comes out that the same mouth it’s quite the dichotomy. 0_o

I couldn’t find nothing satisfying and the expiration date was crawling fast 0_o so I created something for myself only – A gorgonzola salad.

Ingredients:

Salad
Couple leaves of lettuce or handful of mixed
2-3 small pickled cucumbers
1 big red plum
1 carrot
150g gorgonzola cheese
couple olives

Dressing
3 tbsp quince syrup
3 tbsp oil
2 tsp white wine vinegar
salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients good 😀

Preparations:

Salad is really easy. Rip lettuce into bite size pieces, arrange on the plate. Wedge plum. Cut cucumbers into sticks. Use peeler to cut thin slices from carrot. Compose all ingredients on top of the lettuce. Cut gorgonzola into proportional cubes and arrange over the other ingredients. Decorate with a few olives.

Pour dressing and enjoy another tasty salad with your favourite green, stinky cheese

Until next time, take care of yourself and each other 0_o
